As such, one of our key objectives is to deliver essential up-to-date knowledge that empowers you to excel in your career and uphold the highest standards across the sector.
In line with this commitment, we are excited to share important updates to our Level 2 Qualifications. These improvements not only reflect the latest sector changes, but also make our course content more accessible than ever before.
Each of the three courses have been updated with new material, and we've extended the final exams to reflect these changes. Additionally, we're very excited to share our new, innovative learning experience— and introduce your new, AI-powered trainer.
We're thrilled to introduce AI-powered learning as part of TPI's transition from text-based courses to dynamic video lessons. Our Level 2 Qualifications will now be led by AI avatars that make for a more immersive and engaging learning experience. This adaptive approach ensures that we cater to all visual, auditory, and reading-based learning styles.
Another feature of AI learning is flexibility. With the use of AI avatars, we are able to update course content much faster than ever before and can quickly create new videos as and when new sector information arises. You'll have access to the most current knowledge and skills available, delivered in a clear and consistent format.
We have also extended our final exams to provide a comprehensive assessment of the knowledge you've gained, reflecting the additional content that has been incorporated into the courses.
In response to the increasing focus on building safety, we have upgraded our legal, technical, and health & safety modules to include essential new content that aligns with the Building Safety Act.
To further support your learning journey, you will now also have access to an extensive glossary of key industry terms to help you with exam preparation and to use as a valuable professional reference.
Explore our updated courses and enhance your expertise with TPI Level 2 Qualifications. These courses don't just meet industry standards—they continue to set the bar across the sector and help shape the future of residential property management.
