Andrew Bulmer is CEO of The Property Institute, the leading professional body setting standards and supporting professionals and their firms in the residential property management sectors of leasehold estate management, institutional build-to-rent and factoring in Scotland. Liaising with Government and stakeholders to improve the competence and behaviours of property management professionals for the protection and benefit of the consumer and clients.
Andrew was previously CEO of the Institute of Residential Property Management (IRPM), the leading professional body for 5,500 residential property managers. In 2022, the IRPM merged with the Association of Residential Managing Agents (ARMA), the leading body for firms in the residential estate management sector.
Previously Andrew worked at RICS UK as its Residential Director, responsible for standards and guidance for all UK Chartered Surveyors working in the residential sectors of valuation, survey, property management, agency.
Malcolm oversees all of TPI's existing business income streams and seeks out new opportunities in order to grow and develop the business. His role is pivotal to all areas of the business, integrating fully with the functions of marketing, Public Affairs and product development to ensue that market needs are fully met. Malcolm works alongside other Senior team members and Directors of the business and is fundamental to the Institute's membership growth and long-term sustainability.
Aga oversees The Property Institute's daily internal business and administration operations, driving the improvement of operating procedures for optimal efficiency. She is accountable for all events activities for professional members and leads many significant business projects, including Membership Services, Membership Events and CRM development.
Suzie assists in developing TPI's Financial Strategy, supporting its objectives and overseeing financial compliance. A key responsibility of her role is to provide strategic direction and project-based financial analysis, along with budget management, in order to support the financial stability, security and growth of the business.
Jaclyn is the strategic lead of TPI’s PR and communications activities, responsible for the influence of relevant industry policy, building and maintaining strong relationships with legislators, and engaging with stakeholders across the industry to represent and maintain the highest possible reputation for TPI and the property management profession, as well as keeping TPI members briefed and informed on how policy direction and development will affect their businesses and work.
