A10: The Property Chamber of the Tribunal Service (England Only)
Synopsis
From 1 July 2013 the name Leasehold Valuation Tribunal (“LVT”) changed for England Only.
It became the First-tier Tribunal (Property Chamber) (“FTT”).
The sorts of cases handled by the Tribunal have not changed.
The administration of the Tribunal continues to be done through the same network of 5 regional offices.
