Thriving at Work: The Stevenson/Farmer review of mental health and employers
The Government’s recent Thriving at Work study found that the UK faces a serious mental health challenge at work. The research calls on all employers, regardless of industry or size, to adopt six “mental health core standards” that lay the foundations for addressing mental ill health in the workplace quickly and efficiently.
