Our annual survey serves as a check on the mental health of the sector’s workforce. The insights gathered enable us to build and develop wellbeing initiatives aimed at safeguarding those in residential property management. The survey results also help to shed light on the human pressures and day-to-day challenges of working within the property sector to leaseholders, the government, and the wider public.
As with our 2023 Wellbeing Report, we will also provide updated recourses to help improve worker wellbeing based on the survey outcomes.

such as:
- Property Manager/Property Assistant/Estate co-ordinator etc.
- Onsite support professional (e.g., concierge)
- Back-Office support professional (e.g., maintenance and finance)
