MCS offers a range of services to it's clients from just preparing annual accounts or undertaking Company Secretarial duties or arranging block buildings insurance to offering a complete service package.

We have experience in managing properties in all shapes and sizes, ranging from 4 units to over 500 units in complex mixed use developments. We also manage new developments together with listed buildings to developments with on site onsite staff/concierge management, open spaces/estates, and much much more. Some of our Clients include todays most reputable Developers and Freehold Investors. In addition we are increasingly appointed by Residents Management Companies or Right to Manage Companies as our service for excellence and quality has spread by word of mouth.
